Pink? Will you be my friend?

This has to be one of the best music videos I've seen in quite some time. I added Pink's latest video for "Stupid Girls" to my sidebar. Her lyrics (and the hilarious scenes in the video) mirror my own thoughts about several famous and quasi-famous females that seem popular with the kids these days.

All I can say is...dang I wish I were a fly on the wall of Paris Hilton's or Jessica Simpson's or other similar ilk's home when they saw this video for the first time. Ouch! and yet so accurate.

Somewhere Nelson is pointing and saying, "Ha ha!" (Anyone else a Simpsons fan?)

I have only a vague idea who any of these people are - including Pink. Really, why should I care about tabloid celebrities half my age (or younger)? They are totally irrelevant and uninteresting to me. But if you enjoy the video, that's fine with me - as long as I can hot the stop button to spare my poor dial-up. - Karen

Yes, but do you wonder if Jessica, Paris, et.al, were even smart enough to recognize themselves? Something tells me egos that large tend to blind stupid girls.

I must have something turned off because I don't see the video and I even went to the site and don't see the videos there either. No time to figure it out either. Oh well. I will...eventually.

I've always liked Pink though. If it's the Pink I'm thinking of anyhow. She's a Philly girl, yah know.

Great video, I feel the same way. We need some better rolemodels. My niece is five and she's still watching cartoons and Disney. But I'm sure she sees it too. She's a girly girl, but she likes football too.

I have always loved Pink. Just she has always stood up for HERSELF, what she believed in and was never afraid of what the mainstream threw her way. Kudos on the video and the words!!!!!
